Connect multi-vendor elevators regardless of manufacturer to monitor them in real time, predict failures and diagnose them remotely.

We operate 22,372 units of 450 models across 80 types on a single platform, the largest such fleet in Korea. Connecting directly to the control panel, ELSA collects operation logs and safety-component signals in real time, and uses the accumulated data to predict when failures will occur and which materials will be needed. Remote diagnosis and test-run scheduling from the control room mean more work is resolved without dispatching an engineer.

Architecture

ELSA Cloud PaaS·SaaS for the safety and maintenance of elevators, serving building owners and managers, passengers and inspectors. From failure to resolution, the flow runs from automatic reporting → remote handling by the center or engineer dispatch → on-site repair.
