Unlike in the past, where the machine had to be checked in person, the remote center plays the role of elevator diagnosis and control. Elsa adopted the state-based “Condition Based Monitoring” (CBM) method, which is a step forward, rather than the time-based “TBM (Time Based Monitoring)” method used by the elevator predictive maintenance system in the past. Rather than replacing parts according to the age of use, it analyzes the abnormality of the elevator operation data, ride comfort, and door status to inform the time of replacement. He also devoted much of his energy to preparing IoT security measures. Each connection section between the Gateway, the cloud, and the user's smartphone is encrypted and communicated. In addition, forgery and forgery were also blocked to maintain data integrity.
