Notice of Establishment of Record Date and Shareholders Register Lock-up Period for the Convening of the 10th Regular Annual Shareholders' Meeting

In accordance with Article 354 of the Commercial Act and Article 15 of the company's Articles of Incorporation, at the regular shareholders' meeting scheduled for March 29, 2024, voting rights will be granted to shareholders listed on the shareholder register as of December 31, 2023.

Granting voting rights, for the confirmation of rights of entitled shareholders, the registration of share ownership, the registration, modification, and cancellation of security interests, and the indication and cancellation of trust property for shares will be suspended from January 1, 2024, to January 7, 2024.

Notice is hereby given of the suspension of changes to the particulars recorded in the shareholder register.
